When is rent due and how do I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st and you have a grace period until the 5th until it is considered late. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Do you give any discounts to local employers?  

There are no local employer discounts offered at this time.

Does your community offer furnished apartments?

Our apartment homes do not come furnished, but we can refer you to CORT for furniture rentals.

Is there in-unit laundry?

What appliances are included?

Is there air conditioning/heating?

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Are there ceiling fans?

No, ceiling fans are not available within your apartment. For information regarding apartment home features please visit the Features & Amenities page.

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

The parking options at our community include complimentary compact parking, rental parking for $150 (6th and 7th floor only), an EV charging station at $0.37 per KW, and limited 2-hour guest parking (1st floor only). Additional fees may apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

Is there a gym, pool, or common area? 

Yes, our community offers amenities for residents to enjoy including Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Clubhouse. Please contact the leasing office for more information about our community amenities.

Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?

Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?

Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or schools nearby?  

Yes, our community is conveniently located near Target and nearby shops and dining in San Jose, CA in the surrounding area.

What is the roommate policy?

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.

Is there a maximum number of occupants?  

The maximum number of occupants per apartment is a maximum of 2 people per bedroom, plus one person per unit. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.

Can guests stay over, and for how long?

Our guest policy is that any person not listed as an occupant on the lease is considered a guest. A guest may not stay in the rental unit for more than 10 consecutive days or a total of 20 days in a 12-month period without prior written permission from management.

If a guest exceeds those limits, management may require the guest to apply for residency and, if approved, sign the lease as an occupant. The resident is responsible for the actions of their guests and any violations of the rental agreement by guests. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.

Is there guest parking available? 

Guest parking is available at the community. Limited 2-hour guest parking is located on the first floor. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
